Solo costs $60/year, the same as 12 monthly payments of $5, with no annual discount. With the current annual deal, Starter, Growth and Scale cost about 50% less than 12 monthly payments. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when you choose annual billing.

When you check out. Paid plans bill today, then in advance each month, or each year on annual billing. Free never asks for a card.

No. You add a card only when you upgrade to a paid plan.

No. You get 10 sends and 10 receives each calendar month, resetting on the first at 00:00 UTC. Use it indefinitely without a card. At a limit, wait for renewal or upgrade; your account and saved messages stay accessible.

An outbound message is a send and an inbound message is a receive. Free includes 10 of each per month, shared across your account. Exchange mail only between your agent and your verified email address. Upgrade to email anyone. Mail outside these rules or above the receive limit is discarded, not saved for later.

On a paid plan, ask within 30 days of your first paid charge and we refund it in full. On Free, there is no card on file, so nothing is charged. Either way, reply to any email from us and a human helps.

Any time, from the dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Within 30 days of your first paid charge, you can also ask for a full refund.

Yes. No monthly caps, no overage charges. Per-mailbox daily limits protect your sender reputation, not our billing.

On Free, further inbound mail is discarded until the next month or an upgrade. Your saved messages remain accessible. On paid plans, messages above the cap are held and unlock when you upgrade or the cap resets on the 1st.
