Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

Email deliverability depends on the behaviour of every sender on the platform. This Acceptable Use Policy exists to protect the reputation of all Robotomail users and to prevent illegal or harmful activity. Violating this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

2. Sending Statistics

You must maintain healthy sending metrics at all times. Accounts that exceed the following thresholds may be suspended or terminated without warning:

• Complaint rate must stay below 0.08%
• Bounce rate must stay below 4%
• Accounts with persistently poor metrics may be shut down immediately

3. Prohibited Sending Purposes

You may not use Robotomail to send email for any of the following purposes:

• Spamming — mass unsolicited messages sent without recipient consent
• Phishing — fraudulent emails designed to steal credentials, personal information, or financial data
• Illegal activities — content that promotes, facilitates, or instructs unlawful behaviour
• Low-quality sending — messages that generate high bounce or complaint rates, degrading deliverability for other users
• Malicious content — emails containing malware, viruses, trojans, or code designed to compromise recipient systems
• Harassment — messages intended to intimidate, threaten, bully, or abuse recipients
• Service interference — actions designed to disable, overload, or impair Robotomail infrastructure or other users’ access

4. Prohibited Content

Emails sent through Robotomail must not contain or link to:

• Illegal goods or services
• Content that violates CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or other applicable anti-spam and data protection regulations
• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Escort or adult services
• Unlicensed pharmaceutical products or controlled substances
• Gambling services (unless properly licensed in the recipient’s jurisdiction)
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes
• Payday loans or predatory financial products
• Purchased, rented, or scraped email lists
• Social media manipulation services (fake followers, likes, or engagement)
• Any content that, in our sole discretion, may harm the reputation or deliverability of the Robotomail platform

5. Mailing List Requirements

All recipients must have provided clear, affirmative opt-in consent before you send them email through Robotomail. For any messages sent to contacts who have not explicitly opted in, you must:

• Include accurate sender identification and a valid physical business address
• Clearly state why the recipient is being contacted
• Provide a working unsubscribe mechanism that is honoured within 7 days
• Ensure the message provides genuine value to the recipient
• Comply with all applicable local and international anti-spam laws

6. AI Agent Usage

Robotomail is designed for use by AI agents. Agents operating on your behalf are subject to the same rules as human users. You are responsible for all email sent by agents using your API keys, including ensuring that agents do not send unsolicited, harmful, or prohibited content. Automated systems must respect rate limits, suppression lists, and recipient preferences.

7. Account Abuse

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent sending quotas, rate limits, or service restrictions. You may not share API keys with third parties or use another user’s credentials. Attempts to bypass platform safeguards will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

8. Enforcement

We monitor sending patterns and may review accounts that exhibit suspicious activity. Enforcement actions include warnings, temporary suspension, permanent termination, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law. We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion, without prior notice, to protect the platform and its users.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
