Is monthly sending really unlimited?
Yes, on all paid plans. No monthly caps, no overage charges. Per-mailbox daily limits protect your sender reputation and deliverability — not our billing.
What are the daily limits for?
Sending too many emails from one address in a single day hurts deliverability. Daily per-mailbox limits keep your agents in the safe zone. They reset every day at midnight UTC.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades both take effect immediately. Stripe automatically prorates your bill — you get credit for unused time on the old plan.
Do I need a credit card for the free tier?
No. Sign up, create a mailbox, start sending. No credit card required.
What's a platform email vs custom domain?
Platform email is a free-tier address on our shared domain ([email protected]). Custom domains let your agent send from your own domain ([email protected]) with auto-configured DKIM, SPF, and DMARC.
Is inbound email really unlimited?
Yes, on every plan including free. Receiving email is unlimited and always will be.
